If you bring a friend, we will pay for the maintenance of your apartment for two years.

The maintenance of your apartment is carried out by a professional management company, which is responsible for:

- Round the clock and year-round security of the complex;

- Constant maintenance of all buildings of the complex;

- Maintaining the cleaning of public areas and buildings of the complex;

- Year-round grounds maintenance and swimming pool complex;

- Lifeguard at the pool and on the beach;

- Care of your apartment in the winter.

The cost of maintenance of the complex is 8.3 euro per 1 sq.m. of the area of ​​your apartment including all taxes and fees.
